Welcome to Reverie Blooms. These terms cover your use of our website at reverieblooms.com.au and any orders you place through it. By using the site or placing an order, you're agreeing to them, so please have a read. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Reverie Blooms, a home studio florist based in Eglinton, New South Wales. "You" means you, the person using the site or placing an order.

Using our website

You're welcome to browse, shop and enquire. In return, we ask that you don't use the site for anything unlawful, don't attempt to interfere with how it works or its security, and don't copy, reproduce or reuse our content without permission. That last point matters to us, so there's more on it below. We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. From time to time we may need to change, pause or remove parts of it without notice.

Our content and brand

Everything on this site, the words, the photography, the illustrations, the logo and the Reverie Blooms name, is ours, or is used by us with permission. It's protected by copyright and other rights. You're welcome to enjoy it, but please don't reproduce, distribute or use any of it commercially without our written say-so. Our floral designs are our creative work. You're very welcome to share photos of flowers you've received from us on social media, and we'd love it if you tagged us. Using our images to promote another business is not okay.

Orders and pricing

When you place an order through our shop, you're making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we've confirmed it and taken payment. If something goes wrong at our end, for instance a product was listed at the wrong price or is no longer available, we may need to decline or cancel an order, and if we do, we'll refund you in full and let you know why. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Because our bouquets are made from fresh seasonal flowers, what arrives will vary from what's pictured. We talk about this properly on the shop page and in our returns policy.

Weddings and events

Wedding and event work is booked separately through our enquiry process, not through the online shop, and is governed by the individual quote and contract we provide for your booking. Where that contract and these website terms differ, your signed contract wins.

Links to other sites

Our site may link out to other places, like our Instagram or a payment provider. We're not responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't run, so have a read of their terms when you visit them.

Liability

We put genuine care into our work and our site. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the rights and guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which always apply and always come first. There's more detail in our returns policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our business grows or the law changes. The current version always lives on this page, with the date at the top. If you keep using the site after we've made changes, that counts as accepting them.
