We hand-deliver our flowers locally so they arrive fresh and looking their best. Here's everything you need to know about where we deliver, when, and what it costs.
Where we deliver
We deliver bouquets around Bathurst and the surrounding Central West. Delivery is priced by how far you are from our Eglinton studio.

When we deliver
We deliver on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Order before 11am on a delivery day and we can usually get your flowers out the same day. Orders placed after that, or on other days, will go out on the next available delivery day.
We'll do our best to deliver at a good time, but we're not able to guarantee an exact hour, as it depends on the run that day. If your flowers are for a particular moment, a birthday morning, an anniversary dinner, let us know in your order notes and we'll do everything we can.
Making sure it arrives
Please double-check the delivery address and the recipient's details at checkout. We can't take responsibility for flowers that don't arrive because of an incorrect or incomplete address, so it's worth a second look.
If it's a surprise, it can help to include the recipient's phone number in case we need to reach them on the day.
If nobody's home
We know flowers are often a surprise, so the recipient won't always be expecting us. If nobody's home, we'll leave your flowers in small bucket of water in a shaded, safe spot out of direct sun and send you a photo so the recipient knows where to find them.
Once flowers have been safely left at the delivery address, they're in the recipient's hands, and we can't be responsible for what happens to them after that. If you'd rather we didn't leave them unattended, tell us in your order notes and we'll work something out.
Weddings and events
Wedding and event flowers are a different thing entirely. We deliver these ourselves, and often set them up on site, with timing and location arranged directly with you as part of your booking. Delivery and setup for weddings and events is covered in your individual quote and contract, not by the delivery fees above.
