RETURNS & REFUNDS‍ ‍

Last updated: 28/08/2026

We want you to love your flowers. Because we're dealing with something fresh, seasonal and often headed straight to someone you care about, here's exactly how returns and refunds work, and what your rights are.

Fresh flowers and change of mind

Our bouquets are made to order from fresh flowers, often picked or bought in just for you. Because they're perishable and made fresh, we're not able to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once an order is placed. ‍ ‍

What you see pictured is a guide, not a guarantee. Flowers change week to week with the season, so your bouquet won't be an exact match for the photo, and sometimes we'll substitute a bloom of equal or greater value to give you the best of what's available that day. That's not a fault, it's how seasonal floristry works, and we talk about it openly on our shop page before you order.

‍ ‍

If something's not right

Sometimes things go wrong, and when they do, we'll make them right. Please get in touch within 24 hours of delivery, with a photo if you can, if:‍ ‍

  • Your flowers arrived damaged, wilted or in poor condition

  • You received the wrong order

  • Your order didn't arrive when it should have

Depending on what's happened, we'll arrange a replacement, a partial refund or a full refund. Reaching out quickly really helps, because with fresh flowers, condition can change fast and a photo on the day tells us the most.

‍ ‍

Caring for your flowers

Fresh flowers need a little looking after, and how they're cared for affects how long they last. We'll include care notes, and we're always happy to talk you through it. Flowers that have wilted through natural ageing, warm conditions, or not being kept in water aren't considered faulty, but if you're ever unsure, just ask, we'd rather hear from you.

‍ ‍

Delivery issues

If nobody's home, we'll leave your flowers in small bucket of water in a shaded, safe spot out of direct sun and send you a photo so the recipient knows where to find them.

We can't take responsibility for flowers left unattended once they've been safely delivered to the address given, or for delays caused by an incorrect address, so please double-check delivery details at checkout.

‍ ‍

Weddings and events

Wedding and event bookings work differently and are covered by the terms in your individual quote and contract, including anything about deposits and cancellations. Please refer to that agreement, and talk to us any time.
